They make fixed ones too, they're just called "manufactured homes". Notice how that one has a foundation, I think

They're called modular homes actually, and they're comparable in size to the double wide trailers that used to be the popular option.
This one however is a single wide and has a faux foundation, also the frames are made to detach the hitch (which you couldn't do with the old ones)
