There is no proof. By 1944 the Nazis were suffering severe losses in terms of industrial capacity, and I highly doubt they would've put their remaining resources into books about emerging (yet only existing on paper) technologies. While Claus and his Nazi regime were indeed very forward-thinking at times (the Me-262, XXI U-boat, among many others) there is no way they would prioritize this.
