If it exclusively laid those eggs inside of the nostril and the eggs were pretty large then that was most likely a Nasal Botfly. Evil fucking things on par with mosquitos, if you’re curious just look up nasal botflies in farm or forest animals. Pretty sure they can infect humans as well.
