Cracked clip studio paint but I would use GIMP if I was on linux rn.

MS Paint because i am too dummyed to use anything else but i sometimes edit them in paint.net or GIMP when i want to do something that is not possible in MS Paint (such as coloring anti-aliased 'jaks or putting textures)

i would've used paint.net for everything if it could edit gifs but it cant as far as i know, so i too use gimp for when i need to tweak them here and there (usually its about adding transparency)
