There won't be one, because Japs and Jap culture aren't inherently disgusting in the same way that Indians and Indian culture are. "DO NOT REDEEM" didn't kill Indias reputation so much as people having to interact with and actually be exposed to Indians did, most peoples only interactions with a jeet is through some kind of terrible customer support or scam call. A lot of people also directly consume Jap media all the time (albeit after localization), most Indian media like all of the Bollywood garbage is seen as nothing more than a joke. the fertility problem could've been fixed if Japan tried to fix the anime indutry by regulating it a lot more instead of doing nothing for 3 decades letting the industry churn out gooner pedoslop that appeal to otakus and thus breed hikkomoris.
