Why do people go to conventions?

[Cuckjeet]

There's literally nothing to do except buy shitty slop and be around smelly neckbeards JFL :3

[jim🅱️o]

to interact with people with similar interests
i've wanted to go to touhoufest but i can't drive and i think my parents would question me about 2hu and i think they would be concerned

shouldn't you be learning to drive at your age?

[sabrina]

i have to take the written test and i forgot everything, and i don't even have a car to practice with anyways

[basil]

conventions are stupid because nobody hosts conventions of my interests
