It's controlled and steady to the point where older users still make up the overwhelming majority. Due to this, it's a matter of sink-or-swim for them when becoming antiquated with the few slivers of Shlog/Shroom "culture", the swimming being stupidly simple due to it's approximation and in some cases spread to 'ru and nuSharty "culture".
