i haven't played isaac in a long time
what's the point of not playing azazel? he has mini brimstone, flight, and his black hearts won't be a problem if you're careful enough, he's basically a buff with little to no downsides
maybe I just don't understand tboi

You need to beat EVERY boss on EVERY CHARACTER to get all the unlocks
Also azazel kinda kills the hype of getting other kuality 4 items like ipecac or fetus

U know what they say, u only only hate a person when they hold a tiny reflection of yourself. My detractors might dislike me, but they are actually jealous of my boldness.
They also want female attention, but when they see me expressing that, they get reminded of all the girls they wanted, yet were too scared to pursue. They were too scared of reprisal. When they see my love of foids, and see me not giving up despite ridicule. This sends them in a rage cause they wish they were like me.

Item unlocks, but other than that, there isn't, really. Azazel is the sreal womangest character in the game with practically no downsides.

Well, since this is Rebirth, finding something like that shouldn't be that hard. Just restart a couple of times and you'll find Cricket's Head on the first floor like it's nothing.

Can I predict something? Sacred Heart or Immaculate Heart on Caves II's Angel room. When you find a quality 4 item in the first floor it's practically a sign that the run is going to be stupidly broken. At least from my experience.
