idk how to make or run websites but I'll try to look at @ChileanSchizo2102's intculture.party development thread so I can get a basic idea of what I need to do

youll need money for both buying the domain and hosting it thats for sure, you can host locally doe, though i wouldnt reccomend it

if you only want to make a chan (IB), you can buy a really cheap server, if i remember exactly, hilell's website was hosted in a cheap VPS (prob around 1-3 dollars a month)

i pay 7 dollars a month (+ taxes because of currency exchange) mostly because i run multiple websites and i need a lot of storage for them, trust me those cheap ones are life savers if you only want to run a chan
