Fighting game fans are the whiniest cacaots known to man

>mimiimimimimimimi 2fort is not a good map
>but this payload map filled with chokes and no flanks is a perfectly balanced map
All payload maps from the early days of payload are shitty maps with all chokepoints and no flanks. Scout is literally impossible at that point in Badwater because there's literally only way to get in and you can just camp that spot with the door endlessly

The comp scene is utter SNCA and singlehandedly killed TF2. It's the reason why most unlocks suck because Uncle Dane the molester main gave shitty feedback and believed in "Trickle down balance" (???)
I don't know what he was on about that, even when I was a young sapling and was drooling over uncle dane videos I knew that "trickle down balance" made zero sense because the balancing for 6v6 comp where they only play cp_process_final and cp_sunshine (good maps but they were developed for 6v6 comp play) doesn't apply to how 99% of the players play the game. The base jumper shit still kills me after all this time because it was literally just pros whining about missing airshots.

Uncle Dane also went on the record to say he only played Dustbowl for the first two years of him playing tf2 ??? That's enough proof to me he doesn't know what a good stage is.

>Give me a pocket medic as a soldier

Koth is the best gamemode change my mind

They nerfed everything fun with the game. Nerfed sandman so it just slows down enemies ev&oe you can just diagonally strafe to cancel it out. Nerfed baby face's blaster. Nerfed bonk. Everything that isn't stock got nerfed to the point where stock is usually the best option 90% of the time unless it's something like the Dragon's Breath which coincidentally came out with TF2's last major update so it makes sense it's viable while other unlocks aren't

This is why Youtubers or Comp "Pros" shouldn't decide the game for the majority of players. They should shut the fuck up

KOTH is probably the most fun and balanced gamemode. 5CP is annoying sometimes when your teammates constantly defend instead of just trying to cap and eventually some kritz caca wipes the entire final point anyways and we lose

Snakewater is still fun and probably the only good map in Uncletopia

I genuinely don't get why everyone sees Badwater as some masterclass map where everyone rates it top 3 at least, I somewhat get upward even if it has all the issues of the payload gamemode but Badwater is just well... bad, never liked it myself. Snipers can literally see into Blu spawn which is some Mistopia type shit.

Koth is fun if you just wanna frag out, but I think the CP map pool is better than KOTH which really only has Harvest and Nucleus (Suijin is poop tier).

I wish I got to play with prime sandman, I already cleaver main so it would've been so fun. Shame they had to remove combo scout from the game because they got bored and wanted their own overwatch. Also they pretty much never buffed weapons, the third degree was a direct upgrade from stock all of its existence and it never got touched to be anywhere near decent. Valve would rather neuter the good weapons like the loch and load as opposed to making trash weapons better (when have you last used the classic).
