I have been considering making this thread - article? for some time now, but I wasn't too sure since it will just be me documenting my mental SNCA - though then I decided I don't really care and just want to use this as a tool for myself to archive my thoughts in an organized way. I feel disheartened, as everywhere else I've documented my thoughts have long since been lost and I liked to reflect on the things that have changed, and the things that I still need to work on though I'm persistent so I decided I will start all over again with this space I'll have created for myself for as long as this place comes to exist, who knows where things will go and there's so much I want to discuss in more detail - when I don't, my bottled up thoughts and complexities begin to feel unmanageable and I start to collapse in on myself. I don't know how this will be received, but I will state that I've never had any problems personally with anyone and I say this since I've noticed patterns with people feeling skeptical or off-put by me though I don't understand why when people need to learn how to communicate with other people before being so quick to act poorly, my personal thought and no offense meant in it.. I try not to step on anybody's heel, I like to just see where my day to day takes me because that's all we really can do in life, Ich guess.

Even when I get a job, it's reasons like these why dressing the way I want to dress is harder - this goes for the entirety of the J-Fashion community, down to wanting to dress in "yami kawaii" ( 病みかわいい or やみかわ ) harder because of the up-charge in prices and not wanting to buy cheaper products since they delve into the "quick fashion" market. The dresses I yearn for costing hundreds of dollars which even if I have the money would be something that I would be unsure about as I could instead use the money towards upgrading my computer or buying new consoles / VR upgrades. I can understand the values of gatekeeping though the community of fashion will always be a very toxic space as it's always competitive - who owns the most expensive closet of cloth and frills. I decided I wanted to update my wardrobe, but all of the clothing I want is expensive despite it being a genuine hobby of mine but this is always because of re-sellers or communities taking note that they can charge more and get away with it.
idk what this all means I just let my mom pick out my clothes

I like to wear a lot of "normal" clothes around the house, usually just over sized hoodies with shorts, but I probably own more cosplay / J-fashion stuff than I do real clothing, I only own one pair of jeans since all of my bottoms are either skirts both long and short or leggings for dresses. I need to go through my closet since a lot of the stuff I have I planned to donate, much of the clothing being cheap finds or things that I just don't really wear anymore but I want to slowly build my wardrobe into something impressive without spending hundreds of dollars on a single piece of clothing that doesn't even come as a set. I'm willing to spend a decent amount when I have the income on full outfits as long as the quality is good and my needs come first though there's people going into debt trying to buy these pieces of clothing just to be show off cunts.

I think fashion really gives me something to focus on despite already having so many other hobbies but I've been into fashion and cosplay ever since I was younger - though my style has changed over the years and now I aim more towards Japanese street fashion and more taboo forms of expressing the sickened brain 肉 in a organized but cute way, I really like to blend lots of darker colors with bits of red and silver, with medical masks and darker tones of makeup schemes. There's something fun about dressing and designing the self, but it also gives me something to strive towards for self enjoyment just as one would with any hobby. I want to design a dress at some point, when I can afford the materials and equipment.

we don't have goodwill down here yet, at least not in my city.
Sad. Goodwill fucks.
Especially around Halloween, they put all of the milsurp clothes on one rack and mark them down as "costumes"
I own about 5 different pairs of real US military pants that I bought for $10 or less. A jacket, too.
