What oil do you guys use to fry food and how do you store the oil? When i try storing oil ive been using mason jars but they are too small for what i need so im wondering if there's any better solutions out there.

This is expensive but DO this. My dad has been making his own french fries with beef tallow and its so gigachad i didnt know fries could be that good

Just get bigger jars buddy... We have like 4 large mason jars for tallow
