I don't have any problem with tattoos or piercings really other than the fact that a lot of people who get them are already jolly good. I just think you picked a woman who looks too average to prove women with piercings and tattoos aren't instantly unattractive.

i was kinda trolling with that pic i just grabbed the first result from an image search BUT in all seriousness i don't hold tattoos against peoples' characters, and I do really think they can look cool (not all do).

I suppose clarification is somewhat needed. I was not calling for physical "castration", but rather for hypothetical "voluntary chemical treatments both temporary and permanent" for lust. It would be voluntary in the sense that one could simply visit any old health shop on their own accord and purchase a bottle of digestible product that induces a chemical numbing upon such thought and desire via blocking triggers in the brain. It wouldn't be forced upon the public--but now that I think about it--it could be offered in some capacity to sex offenders, pedophiles, and similar as a treatment.
