I was quite apathetic towards basil. He wasn't overly annoying or great to talk too. Beyond himself stating he killed(?) his cat accidently once, and myself stating "suicide was too good for the likes of him" I don't think I've ever butt heads with him.
(Not sure if he seriously injured or killed it, it's been a long time.)

it wasnt like normal bullying or gegbvlling, they were just throwing coin tosses to decide wheter they would ban him for a day or not of course he was going to leave
