yes. I have to go to the restart menu/something/advanced settings/UEFI settings/Restart/ Boot settings/Boot From EFI file/Linux Mint 8u8u9g8sy98fy9s7yf jdfhsijhiuhwordswordswords/EFI/<boot>
And then I select "start linux mint x64"

Honestly I don't know how to help out here since I've never run into this type of issue before
But unless you're dependent on your current installation of Mint for something critical then I'd suggest you'd wipe the partition and reinstall, unless you've already done that before

It's not that big of a deal since I'll probably just format all of the mint drives and sell the laptop to someone. My parents didn't like the laptop either and they say I should probably have one.
I actually do not know that much about how to use linux. Of course mint has tons of features that are essentially just windows features but other than that especially with the terminal I am clueless. I would rather have it on my good computer since it is from Acer and it isn't from HP, but I hardly have any storage and I would have to connect another SSD to it.

używałem xfce na lubuntu na takim gównianym netbooku co miał 2 gb ramu otwieranie firefoxa powodowało 100% użycia procesora
siostra zabuliła 1000 zł za to a teraz za tyle to można sobie porządnego używanego thinkpada kupić
