March 27th, 2026: Lazy Friday today, I woke up at 7:30am cuddling my nice cat. I went downstairs to make myself cereal for breakfast while my mean cat begs for milk. I grabbed some coffee and went back upstairs. I chilled for a while and worked on transcribing from soyjak.forum to the google doc first, then from the Google doc to the new Booru forum. When I went downstairs for more coffee, my mom said to me:
“Hey, we’re gonna be going on two forced family marches while you’re here?”
I begrudgingly said:
“Yeah sure, what's the first one?”
My mom replied:
“Well it’s a 40 minute hike at this lake.”
I didn’t find out the exact lake until later, but I remembered that I thought she said the hike was 40 minutes away. And the second one, it was going to the No Kings protest on Saturday… I didn’t have the heart to tell them I didn’t want to go, sadly. With my parents, asking if you want to do something is essentially a command that you’re going to do that something with them and you don’t have a say. Lunch was these weird scrambled eggs with cottage cheese or whatever put in them; a recipe that grandma Jane found on the internet recently. The old recipe was far better. I went up to my room for a while until it was time to go hiking. We drove all the way to the hike in the backroads of the county. I ended up spending 40 minutes hiking along a stream. On the way my mom joked about drinking ‘raw water’, I’m not talking about fluoride free water, I’m talking about unboiled water. Apparently my 7th Day Adventist cousin told my parents that he tried that once and ended up having spontaneous diarrhea in a hotel because of that. My mom said he was inspired by RFK Jr. I asked about the story with him losing a kidney in a bathroom but that was bogus he told me according to my mom, but then joked about Programmer uncle donating a part of his liver. What Programmer uncle actually did was sign up for some drug tests to pay for college, my grandma didn’t like that but he pointed out that he wouldn’t do that if they paid for his college, my mom mentioned a drug that wasn’t tested on women but caused pregnancy defects, I remembered it was thalidomide from the Billy Joel song. Halfway through we crossed a bridge and then headed back, my dad noticed I was walking in a swerving pattern and remarked I was just like a snake. I corrected my walking habits until we got to the car and drove to a farm store one town over. I just had to look at the little chicks they had, even including a thing filled with baby ducks, there was one aluminum tub that was supposed to have baby turkeys but it was empty. I helped my parents bring this plastic tub to the minivan. I then stayed in the van with my dad while my mom shopped at ALDI’s. We got home and then I transcribed from November 16th to November 30th, 2025 in the Booru blog. I went down for dinner and then was asked by my dad afterwards:
“Is there any movie in the world that you can think of and say: ‘Why didn’t my parents show me this when I was younger?’ like any one?”
I replied:
“Amadeus.”
I had seen a ton of meme clips. My mom said she kind of liked it and my dad also liked it. We got started and I absolutely loved it, There was the one scene of Salieri and Constanze going over his notes and I remarked that the clip had become a meme online used to express something being so good. My mom said it was actually Salieri being scared of Mozart’s genius musical talents. I finished and loved it. I took a shower and went to sleep.

March 28th, 2026: Another day of being at home for a while. I managed to convince my mom to make us pancakes with raspberries and blueberries, my dad thanked me for getting his wife to make us pancakes. I got dressed and went upstairs to transcribe more. I transcribed from December 1st to December 5th, 2025. I was absolutely dreading going to the protests but the lunch that I grabbed was good beforehand. I saw my mom using ChatGPT to generate protest slogans and it made me cringe so badly. The protest started at 12:00pm but we left at 1:00pm. We drove there and then parked at a medical place to take the BRT downtown. I had to hold the signs for a while until the bus finally came. This old woman with pink hair wearing her punk jacket with band patches like Bauhaus and the Ramones made me cringe. Some guy complemented the sign my dad made. We got off with tons of other old people and some young people. Mostly boomers who need to be punished. We made our way around the big building and then saw the massive protest, maybe 8,000 boomers at most plus 1,500 dummyed leftists. The moment I could leave them I did. I went inside the building and spent most of the time admiring the architectural work and not protesting. I saw this trio of women dressed as handmaidens from The Handmaid's Tale, ignorant to the fact that Donald Trump unfortunately is not Christian in the slightest. There was this inbred Pakistani that I saw with the recessed chin with two of his cousin-brothers. I continued walking around, enjoying the decreased number of social security leeches I saw. I spotted this sign left out and looked for ways I could throw it away:

Each of the four wings had men’s bathrooms on each of the three levels, yet only the first floor bathrooms were open. I was lucky and managed to throw it in the trash quickly while no people were out in one of the bathrooms. I joked about it in the conservative groupchat and Nichol said he wished he could troll at the protest but he has a job, James the Greater said Tricare is great in the army, and Markus’ brother agreed with him, I think they might have just been sarcastic. I spotted an actual group of Hispanic people near the protests but they were doing photo shoots for a wedding. At 3:00pm my parents said they’d finally leave and I joined them. This kooky guy gave us a card to advertise him running for mayor. I got on the bus shuttle later and one stop in, I had to give up a seat for this woman with her toddler in a stroller and she had her kid watching YouTube kids slop, which disgusted me. We drove home and I went back upstairs for a while until called down for dinner. Dinner wasn’t ready so I went back upstairs, which made my mom completely angry at me. Hearing her blaspheme the name of the Lord by swearing just made me angrier, especially with my dad doing it to. I had to restrain myself from snapping at them while eating lamb chops. My mom asked if I wanted to watch another movie called Nuremberg, she tried to relate it to current politics and optimism when Trump gets out of office because the Democrats win, I did not want to watch it. I went down for ice cream and saw that Rami Malek was an actor in the movie. I posted an image from the protest in a KiwiFarms groupchat and dcss found the location because I didn’t strip the metadata. Thank God it’s so I went back upstairs, took a shower, and went to sleep after finding and grabbing my fluffy nice cat.

March 29th, 2026: Palm Sunday today. I set my alarm for 6:30am and got dressed in a dark green tweed suit jacket, my olive green button-up, black dress pants, and a green tie. I got in the minivan to drive all the way to this traditional Latin mass I was interested in at 7:15am but it was very low on fuel, so I stopped at Kwik Trip to refuel it. For 15.569 gallons I was set back $57.28 financially. I continued driving for 25 minutes. I spotted what looked like a dead fox in the middle of the road. I got to the mass a tad bit late at 8:01am, it was quite a long mass and very packed, thankfully someone let me in near the end. The mass ended at roughly 8:30am and I spotted Mahdi’s older brother, got some food to go. After I walked around the cemetery. I eventually started heading back and realized the dead fox in the road was someone’s cat that was ginger and white, it made me feel very sad. I eventually made my way home and brought in the bakery goodies. My dad had some and mom made oatmeal with blueberries for breakfast. I went back upstairs and started packing for heading home. I was called downstairs to have a haircut from my mom, I didn’t really have an opinion but she put on season 2 episode 12 of The Pitt, it’s much better than I thought and not just a scream fest like The Bear. My mom made me shepard’s pie, 3 tins worth and I got packed, bringing it all out to the minivan. I said goodbye to my dad and he gave me a ton of cash. We left at 2:25pm and after 5 minutes in the car, my mom asked me:
“Did I ever tell you the story of how I changed my mind on abortion.”
I cringed so much, I obliged her:
“No.”
I didn’t remember and I wanted her to shut up about her godless ways, I’ve been exposed to it for 22 years and I really wish I was born in a sreal womangly religious family like St Mary, Kansas with more than 1 living sibling. Well she went on a rant about how when she was just a little girl in grade school (she was 12 when Roe v. Wade happened) handing out fliers against abortion because her parents were Catholic. She then mentioned meeting a priest later in life who worked in Central and South America and was a roommate of a president of the Cook County Board of Commissioners (probably George Dunne) and my mom asked the priest what his thoughts on abortion were, he stated he wasn’t 100% against it because of all the pain and suffering caused by large families he’s seen with there being too many children for them to handle. My mom said he believed in “libertarian theology” instead the correct term: liberation theology (both are heavily correlated with pedophilia) and my mom said later something about a type of miscarriage where the unviable but the fetus won’t go out. My mom then talked about how Baptists used to support a woman’s “right” to an abortion (before the theologically conservative Baptists took back their denomination,) and even Ronald Reagan supported abortion while governor of California (thanks for nothing Ronald “cacaot” Reagan) but had pivoted to not liking abortion in order to win over the Catholics to the Republican Party making it seem like Protestants switched to bein anti-abortion out of spite for poor people; my mom ignored all the anti-abortion laws passed in the 19th century in states that had a far weaker presence of Catholics compared to today. She quoted Hillary Clinton saying that abortion should be:
“Safe, legal, and rare.”
And something about more abortions happening under Republican presidents than Democratic presidents. I finally got dropped off after having a godless person lecture me on morality. I got on the bus as it departed at 3:00pm. At 3:44pm, Waleran texted me:

<Wtf happened?
I asked him and he said we got an email a few minutes ago saying that our upcoming lease is canceled, I was furious as I absolutely did not want to do this. I was irritated but she told me to call her when I got back, I arrived at 4:30pm and cut off a Somali woman getting off first, I spotted Swifte and walked to my bus stop. It got there at 5:03pm. I got home and unpacked, saying hi to James the Greater, getting ready to usher at mass. I went over and arrived at 6:40pm and handed out palm leaves with Lucas. I had to split some in half in case we ran out. We didn’t. Bartholomew came in with a new beard, I spotted Selassie and Lorax also here, Joseph was acolyting, and Pops was presiding over the mass. I stood near the back and then went up for the priestly blessing. While heading out. Lang grabbed another palm leaf and said:
“Now that the people are gone, I can get a good palm leaf.”
He added:
“Gemerson gave me a wimpy one.”
I replied:
“Well sorry.”
His wife was also there and I went home at 8:30pm. I posted from December 6th to December 10th, 2025 onto the Booru, I took a shower and then went to sleep with my suitcase not yet unpacked.

March 30th, 2026: The last Monday of the month. I was woken up at 5:30am by my roommate James, but I went back to sleep and woke up at 6:45am. had oatmeal for breakfast with honey and cinnamon. I brewed myself coffee and then went to the bus stop. I was let in and then got tea before clocking in at 8:29am, then sitting down for the meeting at 9:00am, here’s a lot of what I recorded:
“It was the end of March one week, and we're done with quarter one of 2026.” - The Latinx lady
[clapping]
“... The Polish lady’s back all the way from the other side.” - The Latinx lady
[laughs]
“So, so thank you all for being here. I know we have a lot of people also out today for vacation. I know spring break for the public schools also started this week. So that's what's going on. But, um, I'll start with my reporting if you don't mind...” - The Latinx lady
“Sure.” - The CEO
“As I mentioned, we have back-to-back meetings today, which I don't know how we're gonna fit all of them. Um, I'll be here until Thursday. As you know, we have off on Friday for Good Friday, part of the holidays for [company]. Um, I have meetings all day today. I'm still kinda working on prepping a lot of stuff for the auditors. They may come next week, but we're still working on that. Um, I also have a United Ethnic Festivals meeting this afternoon. It's starting at five thirty. So I'll be at the Polish center this afternoon, uh, until 8:00pm. Um, more meetings this week, but, uh, basically catching up and then, um, working on a lot of the financial stuff. Uh, we do receive the MOUs for-- we receive back the MOUs for [expunged], so I'll be working with Lillehammer and the team to make sure we are all set with moving those forward. Uh, that was very, very good news, so, uh, let's continue helping all of those clients that have a lot of, a lot of needs and legal. Um, last week we were also super busy. Um, Mauer and I, um, distributed computers at St. Augustine school. Uh, we were there doing a workshop for, uh, the parents. That day we saw a lot-- uh, we saw about sixteen parents, fifteen moms, one dad, which was very good to see. Um, most of them from Mexico, but we did, we did have one participant from Puerto Rico. So I gave a workshop on how to access email and how to access the Zoom meetings because everything now through the schools is via elecreal womanic. So I wanted to make sure that they have the tools and the access for, um, to support their students. So i- it went very well. And then also”on Saturday, we attended the Mexica Fiesta High School Student Forum. Kiana and the Indian lady were also there, and Mauer and myself were also there doing the laptop distribution. We distributed twenty laptops on that day. Uh, there were also other universities around, since it was more just informing the parents about where your, your kid wants to go to college, and then it was at [public university], um, [my university], [rich kid’s university]. I forgot the other one, but it was plenty information, and so, but we were there from 9:00am, um, um, up until 8:00pm So nice, nice event for Hispanic students. Hopefully, one of these days we can create one for our refugees. Um, we had one family that it was remise, so that was nice to see because it's close by the community. It's on 20th and Oklahoma. So hopefully, one of these days we can come out with something like that. I think there's a lot of disconnection in between when the kids wanna go ahead and do college, and then the parents, they don't have information. Sometimes you're like: ‘Oh, no, it's gonna cost a lot of money.’ Good thing that a lot of these students can apply for [5 letter acronym], but again, sometimes the parents, they don't know how to get to that point or what scholarships the universities provide. So, um, yeah, that's where we were there on, on Saturday, and then we distributed information about our legal services. A lot of people were very interested. They said that they have never heard about us, so hopefully, um, we can start getting to see them more. I think on my St. Augustine Prep message, I misspoke about the free consultations on Friday. So I will probably review that and then give information, uh, because Mauer later on told me, 'cause I was doing everything in Spanish, and then when I translated to Mauer, he's like, "They're not free." I said, "Okay, we just have to get back to them." We didn't have no flyers with us, so I, I told them that we were gonna get back to them and give them the right information. So they were very interested as well on hearing, um, about the consultations on Friday. So we might do another one in May. They were very-- the school coordinator was very interested to have another one, so we'll kind of see if we can fit another one in May. But so far, we have distributed three hundred and seventy? three hundred and ninety?” - The Latinx lady
“Three hundred and seventy.” - Mauer
“Three hundred and seventy laptops. So if any of your clients need a laptop, let Mauer know. We're still gonna have another order coming in. So good, good there. So I think that's my week. Lillehammer, this is your week, which is quite… Oh, yeah, and then last Thursday, Wednesday… ”
‘Wednesday” - Mauer
“...we also had a board meeting, a full board meeting. It, it went really well. It went, um, quick as well. We didn't have, uh, as much. But, um, after that meeting, uh, [Board member] came to the bank, and then they gave me authority to sign checks. So I don't know how good or bad is that, but I can now sign checks…” - The Latinx lady
[laughs]
“...which Yeilxáak is not available. I'm using more responsibility. But yeah, I think they just told us to wait probably a week so the signature gets in, in process, uh, and they can recognize my signature on checks that, um, we can-- we cut from here. So that was kinda like another step to get completed, so I was very happy. And thank you to Yeilxáak and the board of directors. Uh, we move forward on that. There is maybe another executive board meeting this week where we're trying to see 'cause we just had one, um, last week. So I'm trying to get a hold of a couple people to make sure if this is gonna happen or not. Just if it's happening, it's happening this Wednesday. Um, but we are also coordinating another one for Fresno [company]. We want to combine so they don't have to do many trips. So let me see. Questions? Hmm, we are also working on implementing a new platform for HR files. Um, we get a little disconnected when... Well, we are 38 people now, right? So [chuckles] it's kind of hard to track everybody's benefits and everybody's different time of, uh, hire dates. So Mauer, Mauer and I are working on a platform. It's called Bamboo HR. Maybe you have seen it, um, maybe you have seen commercials. Um, so it's a platform that everything, uh, puts everything together about benefits. So if this is, um, something that we will move forward, basically you get an email from us saying that you will register and then create username, password, and all your HR benefits will be in one place. So that application will kind of remind you, “It's, it's your one-year anniversary. Make sure you have this 401[k] form on file, otherwise I cannot open your 401[k] file, and we cannot put the two percent on ICT that it provides for you.’ So it's hard to keep reminding people. I know I sent, like, one message, I don't know, maybe last year at the end of the year, and then the form is attached. But later, that probably wasn't your one-year anniversary at that time, and then you will forget, I will forget because I don't have everybody's dates of when they joined. Um, so I feel like this type of, uh, platform software is gonna help us. Um, so any plan for the insurance will be there, any 401[k] paperwork, your vision, dental, medical, your, um, any other policies that we want to implement. Any trainings. Trainings is ki- kind of like a key for us 'cause for the ones that I've been working with Mocteo, we got requests from that he needed to update, um, their profile or, like, the absorb with everybody who participated in [5 letter acronym] to upload their trainings. And he was kinda like going around looking at our files. Um, sometimes we get these trainings from Antec. We take the training. They send us an email. Sometimes we forget to print the certificate, or if you guys print the certificate, sometimes it doesn't get to your HR folder. It's someplace, but it's just not the, kind of like a very good way to track. So trainings and then also performance, um, salary compensation increases, so that also will be tracked in the platform. Um, hopefully in the next week or so we get things moving. Questions? Suggestions about benefits, tracking, training, performance? What else it's gonna track? I think those are the main three keys. They also have payroll. They also have time tracking. But I said, "No, we're not gonna mess up with QuickBooks right now." We got so kind of like, uh, used to use QuickBooks, so that's something that they're not going to provide. In case if you kind of Google that platform, they do have that, but we're not gonna move from QuickBooks as of right now. Yes?” - the Latinx lady

March 30th, 2026 (Continued):
“Um, so I actually, um, when I interned at a place previously, I actually used Bamboo HR, so I'm quite familiar with it. I wanted to ask, are you gonna... I know Bamboo HR also uses it as a way to, like if you're putting out a job opening, it's a really good streamlined way to just track applicants as well.” - Portia
“Yes. So that was probably what I was missing. It includes, uh, onboarding. So if we have a position open, we will tell the system we have two or one position open. Every time we do interviews, it keeps kinda like the information and then it kind of rates, okay, you interview this person, we can add notes, and then it kind of rates the person that comes in interview. And then let's say that we decide to move forward, we can actually tell the system, "Yes, we are gonna be offering that person a position." And before the first day that they're here, we should have [3 letter acronym]s or we should have, you know, their social, uh, like the onboarding part instead of the first day just spending time signing paperwork, backgrounds and everything, that's gonna be before. So, and I can even make up people's tasks. Like I can say, ‘Seth M or Ukrainian man or Gemerson, I'm gonna have a new employee. You guys are gonna be assigned to give, give me computer, give me email.’ So assignments, I can also push for different other employees. Um, maybe, uh, Mauer, I'm gonna need a fob, I'm gonna need an ID or whoever takes a picture. So that's gonna be kind of like, uh, saving us a lot, a lot of time that right now is kind of like, uh, all over the place. And again, when we were probably sixteen, seventeen people it kind of worked, but right now we are thirty-eight, and we hopefully we can keep expanding for more. But, um, those are kind of like, uh, things that we are doing on the background to make sure that everybody's kind of like, uh, enjoying their time here [chuckles] and, uh, especially getting those benefits, um, on your radar so you can apply for them. Okay. Questions? Okay. I think that's all I have. So what about you?” - the Latinx lady
“Well, uh, uh, the Latinx lady did a great job on the, uh, operational aspect of everything she talked about, the funding and the HR. Uh, I'll give you some, uh, executive drivers for all that. I'll start with, uh, Bamboo HR, just as, uh, Senator just talking about it. There is a magic number in growth of an organization, and that number is 50 for full-time employees. Well, it also includes part-time, but we hover around 30 to 42, depending on interns, paid interns that come in. There is a possibility that we would actually grow. And the reason why I say that is that as funding decreases, there are some entities out there, agencies that will actually drop out. And somebody's got to do the work, so they direct what little funding is left to other organizations. So it causes some organizations to grow sometimes. Also, if we get grants, more grants coming in, that also increases things. If we kick off our fee-for-services, that would also grow as well. So that number requires more control that is actually dumped back down to the staff. Now, what I mean by that is the biggest driver for me for Bamboo HR is that the government is actually getting more stringent on what we can bill, especially when it comes to fringe and benefits. They want to know the exact number of actuals. They're moving towards actuals if they're not already there for all benefits, which means that we can't just do a blanket cover for health care or any other benefits that we do. It used to be that way, made it easy for bookkeeping. But with today's records, like QuickBooks and PeopleSoft and SAP and Oracle Financials, you can get really detailed and make it easy for staff to actually elect to pick different benefits. And by you picking it, you actually authorize it. And that's what they're looking for is that, for example, did Latinx lady actually select this much for 401k? And it's actually activated by her. So they want to show that as well. Everything needs to be in a system going forward. So it's not going to get loose in the future. It's going to get tighter. So that's one of the reasons why we systematize things quite a bit. So that's one of the overarching reasons why there. She did mention that I signed some MOUs last week. That's a really good thing. Very directed money for legal. It does help the overall bottom line because there's a lot of admin costs that we can take a look at in those areas. But what I really like the most about it is that the money that we have is meant to help two communities, Ukraine and Afghan. And there really is a lot of needs there. So let's definitely figure out what we can do with that money and then do some outreach because that money has an expiration date. And it's going to come faster or sooner than later. Speaking of funding, we'll find out more details in June most likely, May and June with [3 letter acronym] funding. It gets tighter as we get closer to the end of the fiscal year. The government funding through or the national funding through [5 letter acronym], that's in flux. I keep on hearing conflicting reports of how much control is going to go to the state, how much is going to remain with the national organizations. As I see definitive word on that, I'll let everybody know here. It really doesn't affect how much money resettle my agencies get. It just changes where the path of control is, which politics can get involved there. But it's my job to deal with that. So the overall, the funding is probably going to get reduced from the federal government overall. I don't know how much that percentage will be. But as soon as I find out, I'll let you know. The community is real interested in that number as well. The community is committed to fill the gap to help us keep our workforce at the capability and capacity they have, which enables us to get grants. So sometimes you got to put money in to get money. It follows the line of do the service first, then the money will follow later. We're still following that through that kind of posture that the community is taking. So right now, our workforce seems very stable. And outlook for the future, there's no guarantees, but we have a better outlook than most resettlement agencies out there. So other than that, I don't really have very much other notes to say except that in June, we're going to take a small delegation. It'll be Losable and sell myself to DC to do some advocacy work for refugees in DC. So that's a three-day trip. And then we're also going to try to take an extra day to talk to [5 letter acronym] and GT if we can get their time, if it lines up. So we'll be doing that in June. I don't really see us doing that much between now and then. I would like to see us generate some good ideas on how we could actually help and celebrate Refugee Day. I think we have the capacity to do something a little bit more than other agencies. It has to be something that is not overt, but something meaningful. What I mean by overt is that we have to be careful. Uh, what we say and what we do based on some of our grants that we have and the conditions that are unfolding there, but I still think we could actually do something significant. So if you have some good ideas, make sure you talk to your directors and managers about it and we'll, uh, try to do something. We'll probably end up doing a lot with, uh, the [censored] Sculpture Garden again. Um, we'll follow their lead, and the state is heavily involved in what happens and transpires there on that agenda. So, [coughs] um, my final note is continue to be neutral as much as possible. If you feel the need to actually, um, speak out or take a stance, the best way to do that is to do it through your work. Your actions speak louder than your words, uh, more than you know. Um, people notice us, but as long as we don't, we get controversial about things, uh, that keeps us out, out of the way of the fist. Um, uh, this is not the time to actually stand up and, and, uh, make a visible, uh, objection to things. Our, our actions speak louder than anything else. So make sure you have good quality in your work. Document everything you do. [coughs] That'll help us get more funding. So don't skimp on your documentation. Do that every week. And then also, uh, think about what else we can do for our clients and talk to your supervisors about any kind of fee for service ideas you may have or refinements to the ones you're working on already. So, any questions? Yeah.” - the CEO

March 30th, 2026 (Continued):
“What is- [clears throat] As far as the refugee day, like, what is the overall sort of goal? I mean, are- Is this, like, for awareness? Or, I mean, uh, 'cause I was thinking it could be just more celebratory than anything. And…” - Edgar
“The whole thing is celebratory.” - The CEO
“But I mean like have it yeah, like, so, like, like, music, food, sort of like a, uh, maybe like a holiday folk fair, but in a different sort of, in a somewhat different venue.-” - Edgar
“Well, in the past we used to uh, cordon off the park over here, and we used to have music and dance. Remember, remember we- used to do that. So we could do that, um, something like that, but we have to watch out on visibility that way too. But, uh, I do think we need to do something that's, that is celebratory. We could do something we did in the past or rethink something up new as well.” - the CEO
“Okay.” - Edgar
“Sometimes, uh, what they've been doing lately is focusing on the children and their art and their experiences. Um, a lot of the time the focus has been on resilience. So we could probably reinforce that if we find out what [censored] Sculpture Garden's doing and what the theme is gonna be at the City Hall.” - the CEO
“Okay.” - Edgar
“So, but that's a good question. I think we should do something. Yeah.” - the CEO
“Do we have any, like, significantly famous people that were once like in, like, in the IIW system, like we helped them, like, move here or no?” - me
“Um, we, we-- I think the best thing to do is to, uh, talk to, um, refugees who have completed the entire path and, you know, they, they would have a good story to say. We like to take, uh, people like that too with us on advocacy days in DC as well. Uh, this time it's actually gonna be Zach A. He's a success story. Um, so we're-” - the CEO
“Zach A is a famous person. There is actually one, but I don't know if we resettled them. There is a story in [local news paper] about, uh, a business owner who's starting his own fashion business, and he sells now. Like, the person that advertises his, uh, apparel is Michael Jordan.” - the Polish lady
“Ooh.” - me
“Or wears his stuff. But I don't know if there's a way for us to look. He was resettled by one of the agencies in [city], but I don't know how we would find out if it was us.” - the Polish lady
“I think if we got his-- If we can get his name, we can go through our data.” - the Latinx lady
“Yes.” - the Polish lady
I eventually got up and went back to my office to do nothing for most of the day. I went to refill paper once and later for lunch I got my shepherd's pie heated up in the microwave, Tia loved the smell and asked what I had. I told her and then ate it all. I went to help Lillehammer afterwards carrying a 24 pack of plastic water bottles and a 24 pack of Coca-Cola cans over to Mauer’s office all in one trip. I went back and then clocked out at 12:58pm. I walked down the river, passing Edgar as he got off of his walk, to a bookstore to buy Saint Theresa of Avala’s Interior Castle but as I got there. I saw Hairdresser on the light rail and waved to her, she waved back and I suddenly got a bloody nose. I went into the place and to the men’s bathroom, I used tissues to stop the bleeding. An employee gave me a roll of toilet paper to stop the bleeding and she said she couldn’t find the book. I walked back to the bus stop, only getting some blood on the trash can. A woman told me to pack some of the tissue in between my upper lip, and it worked, maybe she thought that my upper lip was bleeding. I took the bus with bloody fingers back home, touching as little as possible. I got home and blew my nose into the sin, I threw out the tissues and washed my face, my nose, and every counter I could spot. I got washed up and then went to my next class at 2:15pm. It was more of nothing and Naruhito, Chloie, Malthus, and Richie. I went to my next class but spotted Talia sitting on a concrete bench along the way. I sat next to her and we chatted about how we’ve been doing. I told her about the apartment lease issues I’ve struggled with. I went to my next class but then went home. I stopped at the convenience store and bought weird Strawberry poptart flavored Peeps and fancy ramen.

I went home and tried it, it tasted better than expected, more strawberry than poptart. I worked more on programming and then paid money to my landlord for money and $70.87 to James for the electric bill. We got on the group call at 8:00pm and nothing much was discussed. I got on a call with Waleran, the landlady, and her husband. They refused to budge even when I said the job opportunity in Chicago fell through. Waleran told me he thinks it’s because she wants to keep it available for college students and I will already graduate by the time the lease is renewed. Waleran found a nicer 2 bedroom apartment for less than $600 that I liked and I got in contact with his friend who lived there. I took a shower and went to sleep.

March 31st, 2026: Tuesday today, I woke up with that dehydration feeling you have just before you get a cold and you can’t drink enough water to make it go away. I had cereal and coffee plus I found out I left my work ID at home. I took the bus to work and got off, I was let in by the receptionist and I went to work. I was immediately called by Lillehammer to help her because she needed to print a 240 page document twice for a client and her computer failed at it. I just printed 60 pages at a time after some work with Seth M. I then got bored afterwards and went to my computer to do a 13 keys speculation, as per what Allan Lichtman wrote:
13 Keys calculation:

I did more programming and then went to lunch at 12:00pm, I reheated shepard’s pie and consumed it all with my Canada Dry I had. At 12:11pm I texted Markus’ brother:
>When is your confirmation mass at on Easter and where?
He replied:
<[Eucharistic adoration church] 8pm
<Easter vigil service
<I could ask if I can have 1 more guest we were allotted 10 guests I have 8 but it’ll be one of the handicap pews my brothers in a wheel chair

>Ok, who are the others?
[stuff about the exact time]
<My mom, dad, brother, Markus, Mahdi, Roberto, and my buddy C and his fiance T from Delafield
>Got it.
>Oh my bad, I was looking at Sunday, not Saturday.

I went back to work and stayed back a slight bit longer before departing for classes. I texted Markus’ brother asking about the confirmation mass and he said it was at 8:00pm, I checked and it was Saturday, not Sunday. I got off the bus and walked into the busy building. I said hi to Pen Guy, his son, and Markus’ brother. I sat next to Agaw and told her a bit more about Patrick Sean Tomlinson. She asked me about the No Kings protest I was forced to attend and I told her it sucked. She talked about swapping me from being Markus’ brother’s guest to being hers because she lacked a couple of people and her fiancé would be a sponsor at another person’s confirmation mass, I coughed a bit and then told her I’m gonna look for the others. I found Nintendo Girl and talked with her for a while until I went back to Agaw to talk later. I left Agaw and went to my class, it was raining lightly until I got to an overhang when the rain got worse, I ran to the door and got in. Bakhita was there outside the class in the hall before me, I asked her why she was absent the week before spring break, she said:
“Personal stuff.”
Without much detail except it wasn’t babysitting her sister’s pets. I went in and she followed me there. We talked more until Seraphim came in. Mercurius was present and so were Elijah, Mahdi, Markus’ brother, Magdalene, and Horseradish’s mom. Magdalene was wearing a church outfit into class even with the veil. I squatted on the ground for The Passion of Joan of Arc. I loved it, but the infrequency of the intertitles in the film detracted from it a bit, especially when the people putting Joan of Arc on trial could be seen conversing a lot with each other, also, only Joan of Arc is referred to by name in the entire film, and Charles VII of France but he’s not on camera, I loved it regardless, it ended up running a bit late due to the 24 fps version. I walked to the Catholic center and then sat down to write a bit. I talked with Luigi, Lewis’ ex-girlfriend, Nash. I went downstairs for confession after Magdalene and ended up getting told to pray for my mom and text her:
>I love you mom.
She left me on read. I talked with Agaw before mass for a bit and she listed her guests. Mercurius finally showed up with his girlfriend. I was sick so I stood near the entrance for mass. The people I counted there minus those I already saw were: Jade, Elijah, Nash, Cronstedt, Magdalus, Gabriella, Mercurius, Amethyst, Kalifornia, Telemachus, Sixes’ friend, Alley, Sideburns, Sideburns’ other sister who was veiling, another one of Sideburns’ cousins I’ve never met before who’s unshaven but can’t grow a sreal womang beard, Sideburns’ crush, Frociaggine, and plenty of others. I liked the homily but had to go out a few times to blow my nose. I went upstairs for dinner and waited in line, there was a sign up for the 12 spots to have our feet washed on Thursday and I signed up. I Then got a full plate of these sloppy joe like things with celery in them, baked beans, chips, coleslaw, and a cookie. I talked with Sideburns a bit and then left after grabbing an orange to take home. I got back and then I posted from December 19th to December 24th, 2025 on the Booru forum. The segment around Christmas time took a long time to transcribe as per my heated internet debate with Xiuhcoyotl. I then took a shower and went to sleep.

quite interesting

In the 1st day of the 4th month of the first year in the second reign of Guy Parmelin (April 1st, 2026) I awoke upon the demands of my job, consuming nourishment after losing my phone, I prayed to God to help me find my phone, to which I found it in my pillowcase shortly afterwards. Taking the long bus down to my working building, upon the ride I happened to spot Staples, the Indian lady, and the enormous toothy real woman. I conversed with my coworkers a bit until the public transit let us off at our stop. I walked into the building where I labor to help solve tech issues. I was requested of by the lady from India to generate a new email for an unpaid worker, I obliged her request. I was next summoned with the Ukrainian man by Seth M to acquire knowledge on creating new rules for the information technology department to follow per the demands of Tia. We spent quite a significant amount of time listening to the Ukrainian man ask questions I didn’t understand either. I consumed chicken wings sans any bones slathered in teriyaki sauce a short while after Joy went to order at the same restaurant I went to. I did little work before departing to my University where I quickly encountered Pen Guy, his son experimenting with morse code, the Salvation Army girl, and Markus’ brother. I stayed for a while consuming a Mr. Goodyear bar for nourishment while I entertained their speeches in my literal high chair. I eventually departed for my class at 2:00pm and quickly wrote my poem required by midnight tonight. Naruhito questioned what I did for my job and I told him I did IT stuff. I wasted the rest of the creative writing class on my laptop browsing KiwiFarms. My ears were plagued when one woman talking about the poetry I read not spoke:
“Filipinx”
Without a hint of irony, I left once class was out and then strolled to my next class, blowing my nose twice. I wasted money on a orange Gatorade bottle to help my cells war against the cold in my nostrils. My professor quizzed me on randomized quicksort. I departed for the discussion amongst the programmers online in the comforts of my own private domicile. It took up 20 minutes of my time from 6 o’clock to 6:20pm. I was deprived of an early bus to the church where I adore the Eucharist on Wednesdays. I entered the church late after my ride on the bus to see many bodies in line to confess their sins on both sides of the nave past the columns. I sat near the front ending up next to Cronstedt, Sixes’ friend, Oriang, Morgado, Nash, Rose and her fiancé, Quinci, Naomi, Pethuel, Lewis, Nikki’s boyfriend, Jacki, and Magdalus. I left after adoring the Eucharist to purchase for myself bananas, milk, creamer for coffee, and other food. I departed on the bus. Arrived at my place of residency, took a shower, wrote a discussion post for my Religious Studies class, and departed for the realm of sleep.

April 2nd, 2026: Another day of hard work. I woke up at 6:30am, I had breakfast and coffee before catching the bus to work. At work we received a message from the Ukrainian man that his wife had been poisoned, I think he meant food poisoning. Well Seth M came into the main office to change the last name for Portia on the Windows system, he told me a bit more about what to do. I got like 3% of the total tasks done before departing today, although I think it might be more than that because many are repeats. I saw Nailisi here but didn’t talk to her. I got pizza for lunch and spotted Tia just as I went back to the office to finish up working. I took the bus at 1:06pm back to classes. I purchased a cup of hot chocolate. I went up and chatted with Nintendo girl for a while about stuff, including her MIPS assembly language assignment. I walked to the library in the heavy rain because I thought professor Horseradish’s speech was today, but I checked my email and it was not, we had class to attend today and do the reading, I went back out in the rain and ran to the building where I have my religious studies class. I got in and entered the classroom with Bakhita letting me go in first, I asked her early on into our conversation:
“Are you free at 7:00pm, because the Catholic center is doing a Holy Thursday mass and bus pilgrimage?”
She replied:
“I’m free from work then but I have to do some studying.”
I was absolutely disappointed in her.
“Ok!”
I let out and then stopped talking to her. I’m disappointed in myself, I have so little control over others to the point they’re oppositional for no fucking reason, I command no respect. The discussion was about the reading we did and it was extremely relevant to me; It talked about how people will become more holy and then get disgusted with those who are secular. There was discussion on the reason why it’s a crystal castle and I said something about the defensive nature of castles and the fact that they’re defensive, also that crystals can be seen through but are still somewhat obscured. There was also being envious of those in the lower levels of the castle who had less to worry about. I got out and then went to the busy building and got Claude.ai to help me with adding admin delete functionality for the users, it did not work at all no matter how much I tried. I finally walked home and got changed for the 7:00pm mass with the feet washing I signed up for. I walked over with my red velvet blazer, white button-up, and my red trumpet tie. I got a few compliments on it but I talked upstairs then went down in the front row, Telemachus was next to me and he rubbed the left sleeve of my blazer because he wanted to feel what it was like. The order of those who would be getting their feet washed went: Telemachus, then me, then Angela’s friend, then Nicodemus, then Magdalus, then Gabriella, and finally Kalifornia, across the aisle was Magdalene, then Kristine, then Agaw, then Lewis, then Alley, and finally Markus’ brother. Others there included Sideburns, his Asian friend, Sideburns’ cousin, Sideburns’ cousin with the patchy beard, Sixes, Nash, Lorax, Drawmija, Markus, Cronstedt, Lorax, Elijah, Thomas, Agaw’s fiancé, Luigi, Amethyst, the Honduran, and his Sister. The homily was quite alright and then was the foot washing, Frociaggine assisted the priest with getting him towels for drying the foot after the water was poured on it. We processed outwards at the end and I prayed in silence near the Eucharist displayed before catching the school bus for our driving tour. We prayed the rosary along the way. For the order: Luigi sat with Amethyst, Lorax with Sideburns, Lewis with Sixes, Mercurius with his girlfriend, Nash with Cronstedt, and I with Magdalus. At the first church, I spotted Lucas, Isaiah, and Bartholomew all in prayer among the people I knew, I was constantly looking over to Father Aquinas to watch for him getting up and leaving, he did so after a few minutes. The second stop was the Basilica where I noticed how fancy it was with all its relics yet there was a gift shop inside, which irked me, they absolutely went all out in designing this place though, in the chapel was a gated off area with all the relics.
1775276857259.jpeg
The third stop was an old Polish church that’s now a Hispanic one, the basement was a bit less used than it looks but there was 2 chalices, one taller than the other, while walking in, I talked with Kristine about her ring that glowed, it tracked her health and other stuff which she got in a 2 for 1 deal because her sister got married and wanted to do NFP, or as I’d put it: calculating optimal plowing times for Genesis 1:28 adherence. It felt like the 2 chalices were the eyes of God looking at me so I stared intensely until we had to leave. The fourth stop was another Hispanic church with a metal nativity scene outside. While I was walking in, Sideburns’ cousin touched my velvet blazer because she wanted to know how it feels, then Lewis asked to feel it and I obliged. The pulpit on the inside was raised and all the other church items were made of detailed wood, I can’t believe I’ve been deprived of all these beautiful church buildings because I haven’t explored enough. I sat near Agaw before we headed off. The fifth stop was my usual TLM church, it was completely dark except for the many candles up front, I kneeled where Sideburns’ cousin and another relative of hers were. After leaving the church, I asked Sideburn’s cousin about details with her family, she said she had 2 siblings and Sideburns had 1 sister. The sixth stop was initially the church I took a salsa dance at but the front door and the side doors were locked, I ran around to find an opening but nothing at all. I ran back and scared some people. The seventh and final stop was a bit west of the sixth church. It had the lights on and was a fancy Jesuit church that I had never experienced. We finally drove back and ate pizza for a late dinner. Markus told Agaw the story about the woman he meet on a Catholic speed dating event who worked for Planned Parenthood. There was a joke about Markus being good at getting first dates while Frociaggine is good at keeping a woman to date, I had neither gift and was just being mocked. I left and then got home, I wanted to take a shower but James was in there so I couldn’t do that.

April 3rd, 2026: Good Friday today, I woke up early to finish off programming for the end of sprint 6. I had cereal and coffee for breakfast. I wasn’t able to submit it but we had debates on who should record it up until 10:45am when the only woman in our group said that I should record it because mine was the most up to date. It took a few tries to understand what I needed to record but I managed to do it in the nick of time. I submitted the powerpoint presentation at 10:59am and then went back to doing absolutely nothing. I just went back to Claude.ai for programming. Good Logan told us that he fell asleep because of how much he worked and I laughed a bit. I got a message that the professor didn’t even get to our presentation that was to be done by the girl and A10. I took a shower a bit later and then got dressed for Good Friday service. It was to be held at 1:30pm and I got my red velvet blazer with the rest of my church outfit from yesterday. I got complimented multiple times on my outfit while waiting for the bus. When I got into the church, I saw some people in there but more people came in including Quinci and Elizabeth. I expected the service to take somewhere from 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes due to there being another service at 3:00pm, but no, it took forever, the first reading was 2 chapters from Isaiah, the psalm and the reading from Hebrews were normal length, but the gospel was the passion according to John, all sung so it took even longer from Father Palmer. The homily was normal length and the prayers were so long, they were sung and also we had to kneel up and down for them, plus there was one that made me cringe which was to tell us to not try and convert the Jews, pretending God still had their covenant with them… noob, then we had to go up and kiss the cross in two lines, where 2 altarboys would wipe them after each kiss. I sat down and then we went up for the Eucharist, I had Clyde as the Eucharistic minister I got, I wasn’t in the priest’s line. I left in silence as was requested but the others didn’t read. I took the bus back and on the way sat next to Supersenior as we talked a bit before he got off at his stop, coincidentially near this super large senior home. I started packing up, including my table cloth and all the sheets on my bed. I left at 4:40pm and took the bus downtown, then walked to the bus stop early. I didn’t have much to do but when I got on the bus there was this very ugly Black woman and her two kids. I sat all the way in the back and played Final Fantasy IV for the DS until I arrived at 7:45pm. I got in my dad’s car as we drove back home, arriving at 8:10pm. Mom greeted both of us with dinner, shrimp with quinoa and pine nuts, and Alice’s dog Nessie is here, we’re dogsitting for Alice while Adams and his family were up in Hudson, Minnesota visiting an uncle. The dog was practically begging us for food and used to be much fatter apparently. I got ice cream from downstairs then went upstairs to start transcribing my blog. I transcribed from December 25th to December 31st, 2025 to the Booru, my nice cat did accompany me and tried to sleep on my arm. I took a second shower and went to sleep.

Song of the Day: April Come She Will - Simon & Garfunkel (1966)

April 4th, 2026: Saturday, I woke up at 8:00am and convinced my mom to make us pancakes for breakfast but she had me help her cook them. We had it with dad and I said hi to Nessie which made my dad angry at me for encouraging Nessie to beg at the table. I then got coffee and then cleaned up. I was asked by my dad to clean out all the birdhouses so I delayed a bit because I went upstairs to write but then went back down to clean them out by unscrewing a screw and then scooping them out with a glove, the two near the apiaries weren’t bad as no bees stung me. For the 2 sets of 4, one of the hinges to easily see inside broke off and it’s stuck in an open position. I got back in and wrote more until going downstairs because grandma Jane finally arrived. I hugged her and then we had cheese and crackers as a snack, there was the asiago I bought last week and all of us liked it, my mom complimenting me, I saw my dad feeding mom a cracker with shaved asiago cheese. I had to take Nessie on a walk around the property and she would sometimes stop because she didn’t want to move, but she did take a shit so I bagged it up and threw it in the outside garbage can. My parents were discussing stuff with my grandma Jane, mentioning how my maternal grandfather served in the Marines in World War 2 and we got his coat. Grandma Jane said her father served in the Navy. We had dinner starting at 5:48pm and it was chicken, cut small potatoes, and spinach. They talked about Pamela Bonde getting fired, or as my dad calls her: “Pamela Blonde” with much dislike for her. I heard that the Artemis II rocket was having issues with Microsoft Teams not working. Wow, thanks for nothing Microsoft. I finally got dressed for Easter vigil mass and then I got in the car, my mom tried connecting my phone to her car but failed even though I didn’t want to, she said:
“God damn it.”
many time which made me disgusted with her. I just started driving, still connected somehow. I sped in front of a cop car along the way and by some miracle from God didn’t get pulled over. There was only 80 miles of fuel left so I had to fuel up at a BP which screwed my time over due to me having to make 2 left turns to get back on the road. I got to the Easter mass at 7:59pm, I parked my car and went in time as they were processing out with candles, I spotted Markus’ brother’s brother and his mom. I went out and around to spot some people I knew like Markus, Markus’ brother, Lorax, Kristine, Oriang, Kalifornia, Agaw’s fiancé, and others. We went in with unlit candles and then had the flames passed down from person to person, I got mine from Mahdi and passed it to a guy sitting off to the side and then the Honduran. The readings were an absolute slog, because it was a reading, then a psalm, then we stood up in prayer and back down. The readings went: Genesis, Genesis, Isaiah, Isaiah, Baruch, Ezekiel, then finally Romans for a normal gospel passage from Matthew. At 9:19pm I texted my mom:

>I severely underestimated the length of Easter vigil mass.
She replied:
<Oh dear.
<Are you heading back now?

I went to the back to get some water as I was thirsty. I finally got back from the bathroom for the gospel when the lights were turned back on. The homily from the Latino priest was actually better than usual and he even talked to the baby getting baptized a bit, he also mentioned going on a mission in the jungles of Colombia where he wasn’t fully ordained so he couldn’t give the rurals baptism, the eucharist, or the other sacraments. The baptismal font was all the way back near the front of the church, it ended up taking even longer than I’d expect it to so I texted my mom at 10:19pm:
>Nope, baptisms still aren’t done.
She asked me:
<Will you just go to your place or back here?
I continued the conversation:
>I’ll stay at my place
>Too dangerous to drive while drowsy.
>We’re only now on the offertory.

<Do you have your keys?
>Yes
<Ok, have a safe trip back to your apartment. See you tomorrow for breakfast.
We had to relight our candles for the actual confirmation part, where I went up to film 15 minutes straight of the people getting confirmed. Some of the older people getting baptized. There were plenty of people getting confirmed by Father Aquinas. The guy who cooked us ribs and his younger son had their sponsor be the older son, Kaufman’s sponsor was his dad from the looks of it, Kalifornia’s confirmation saint is Saint Giuseppe Moscati, Markus’ brother was Markus and his confirmation saint is Pope Saint John Paul II, Oriang was someone’s sponsor, Agaw’s sponsor was Kristine and her confirmation saint is Saint Joseph of Cupertino, Drawmija’s sponsor was also the only other person at her bench, and Nash’s confirmation saint is Saint Francis of Assisi I never saw Magdalene when she was supposed to be here. The people who were also receiving their first communion went up first to get it from the priests including Father Palmer and the other associate pastor before Father Palmer. I got back and received the Eucharist, I noticed Staples walking back from receiving the Body of Christ. Once mass ended I talked and met Markus’ brother’s brother, mother, and father. I talked to a few others and congratulated them when I found Staples talking to Nikki’s boyfriend and another guy. I walked over to them and waited for them to present me an opportunity to speak. I got it and watched whatever positive emotion Staples rarely expresses wipe from her face. I told the other two about our job and even told us our roles. I went back and talked to Agaw and her fiancé before heading downstairs for the party. I got some food at roughly the same time as Staples and I even got a beer. I sat with the rest of the gang like Sideburns, Markus, Markus’ brother, Henry, Seraphim, Telemachus, and Elijah. The music hadn’t been reviewed to make sure it’s Christian but someone got it while it was playing Dark Horse. I noticed Father Aquinas at the table Staples was at and that’s about it. It turned to midnight while I was there…

April 5th, 2026: It had passed 12:00am and I was still there, chatting with the others more until I left at 12:35am and drove home. I got undressed, took a shower before just heading to sleep when I got a call at 1:09am from Markus’ brother asking me why I left and that we were dancing now. I got re-dressed when I honestly should have stayed home and drove back. It was nearly closing time and we took trash out and grabbed spare food. I then took the trashes out with Sideburns and then drove home with my food. I then went to sleep…
I woke up at 7:00am and got dressed in more casual clothes before taking some stuff out of the car and then driving back home. At 7:27am I texted my mom:

>Heading back now, it says 2 hours for some reason.
I have no idea why that showed up. It was more like 1 hour and 20 minutes driving home. I got in and had that downgraded scrambled eggs recipe grandma Jane suggested plus toast and bacon. My dad finally gave Nessie a bit of bacon, I noticed that she was growing more accustomed to here and acted happier, more like a normal dog would. I got coffee and went upstairs to my room to see the nice cat in the chair she loves to spend time, I spent a good amount of time playing Final Fantasy IV 3D before consulting with my mom and dad to get bus tickets back at 5:30pm. I had lunch then got called outside by my dad to rototill the garden. I got out and whipped out the rototiller and started it, it’s quite easy to work, just pull a lever to switch from forward and tilling, forward, neutral, and reverse in that order, it was satisfying to see my progress and I spent a significant amount of time cleaning the tiller underneath before going back in. Later my mom told me to join Jane on a walk around the back of the property and obliged, I lied about it being on my own free will. I got back and then my mom told me that she messed up the dinner timing so she had to order me a 6:10pm bus back to my city. Addison came over to pick up Nessie. and We had lamb and vegetables at 5:35pm for dinner after I got packed up, during dinner my mom mentioned a sauna and Addison texted my mom that we grandma Jane brought up Choo Choo. I said bye to my cats left at 5:55pm and got driven to the much closed bus stop, I arrived at 6:06pm and got out with my stuff. I didn’t see the FlixBus bus until 6:09pm when a bus from a different brand came up, something local to Minnesota, thankfully I checked because it was my FlixBus I needed. I got on and tried to charge both my 3DS and my Phone but the outlets were weird. I texted my dad I was heading back now. The bus ride was quite relaxing and I got off and over to my intracity bus home. I arrived home and said hi to James while spending a lot of time unpacking. I took a shower and then went to sleep.
