I remember you could install emulators and what not on the Series S without Dev mode but the Jeets are microsoft hate fun, so they disabled it

Turns out Xenia (the 360 emulator) is fucking dogshit in dev mode. I got a pirated Orange Box ISO to load, but it only lets me pick HL2 in the menu and then crashes.

It's no different to me really because I doubt you're doing all of your gaming on a PS3. I like my ZOGbox, and while my PC can run HL2 (although I'm sure even a Raspberry Pi can) I just like the convenience factor of everything being on one system. Mental gymnastics, I'm aware.

Make no mistake, most of the games I've been playing on my PS3 are there only because they're either more convenient on a big screen and with a controller or because they literally only run on official software. Gran Turismo and Jak 3 are both.
