We've reached a point where i'm not really sure why they didn't just make an official sharty discord server instead of doing whatever they did to the booru. If they made one right now i wouldn't even really care because it would be on character for what they're doing nowadays.

Technically no, you have full control of the IRC. With this Discord you only own the server, not the platform it runs on.
And if you have a bouncer, you can see every single image that's uploaded, and also check the private messages users on your bouncer sends.
