ITT we share methods, and ways to naturally increase test.
What has definitely helped me the most is cutting out seed oils and replacing many of the things you use everyday that are goyslop for natural alternatives (ie shampoo, non fluoride toothpaste, mug coffee instead of plastic cups or energy drinks).
I will also share a recipe for what I call the potion, I've been drinking this to boost test - every ingredient has a purpose.
1/4 cup beets (increase nitric oxide for blood flow)
1/2 medium watermelon (hydration, make sure it's seeded or else you'll be like the melon - infertile)
1/2 cup diced ginger (beneficial for leutenizing hormones relates to higher test)
3 tbps raw honey (benefitial probiotics and natural sugars to fuel muscles)
2 tbsp coconut oil (Has long chain triglicerides to help make hormones in your body)
1 tbsp creatine monohydrate (helps build muscle)
1 tsp cinnamon (prevents insulin shitoko
1 tsp tumeric (anti inflammatory)
12 oz oranges (vitamin C, better immune system better test)
4 oz blueberries (antioxidants, same reason as above)
1. Deseed watermelon
2. Place everything but the creatine and honey into a blender
3. Strain out, the gingery paste that's left can be dehydrated and used for tea
4. Put in your creatine, honey and mix, leave in a glass mason jar
Optional additions (step 4):
1/2 tbsp maca powder (something something root that may help test)
1 tbsp L citraline and/or L arginine (something something blood flow nitric oxide, enough in the watermelon and beet juice imo)
1 tbsp sea buckthorn (micronutrient dense)
2 tbsp cacao nibs/ cocoa powder (flavinoids, excellent test booster)
