I put majority of flags in F tier because people do not understand that if you have plain color and put crazy heraldry on it it just looks bad unless it's white color and the image is not that crazy
I don't need to be squinting my eyes to understand wtf am I looking at when I look at the flag

I like all of the blue background with emblem flags, theyre just state flags nobody should care enough about them to change them to be hecking good flagerinos according to my cacaot rules
