Pharma Jews don't actually sell to prisons, that is one line they don't cross for some reason. Prisons have to get the raw ingredient in bulk from chemical wholesalers in India, and they're mixed on-demand at compounding pharmacies. There is usually no medical personnel involved in executions, as they have to take the hippocratic oath which forbids them from intentionally killing people. It's almost always done by prison staff.

Just because you're in a cell doesn't mean your life is now miserable. The bare necessities are still available. Reading, physical health, brotherly friendship. If you have any prospects of having a wife and kids then sure prison is not ideal but it's not the end of the road
