What do you think is the most overrated video game and why?

For me it has to be Super Mario 64
It might be a good 3D platformer and a fun game, but I don't think it's as revolutionary as people make it out to be
Back then there were already a ton of games already experimenting with 3D

HD2 used to be pretty good but now it’s mid bloatware. I uninstalled last week.

I never really cared for the remakes I particularly enjoyed Emerald for some reason. I also noticed Emerald is the only version where items have an icon which was weird

It's similar to Crystal in that regard I think, basically just a more polished version that comes later. Why? I don't remember. I'm partial to Ruby though since I beat it as a kid when I was 9 on a shitty tablet. Literally fucked the entire Elite 4 + Steven with a Swampert.

I felt it needed polish, the survival section just needs more polish and ambience also the jumpscares look like ass in that one.

I have never finished any Pokemon game


In fact I've never finished any game as a kid on emulators. I just play for a bit, get stuck, and immediately go to the next rom on my folder

For Pokemon I’d do 7, 5, 3, 4, 6, 1, 2, woke nonsense generations.
