In general the obvious answers would be the "le pol face" front facing chudjak and the pointing soyjaks for being Reddit garbage but that's basically well known on the soysphere.
For me it'd be PPP (being self insert coal most of the time), Alicia (I just find xher too vile and repulsive to be funny) and Soyprano (not really that IAS, has no staying power outside of the soyjak trio).
