Pigeon feet is a common condition in little girls, very rare in adult males, it's almost like he's doing it on purpose.

If he just has to do something unique with his legs in a photo then he should at least not make it look so gay. He could even do, like, the Chicago gangster flamingo legs, or really just anything besides the pigeon feet thing.
