I have been considering making this thread - article? for some time now, but I wasn't too sure since it will just be me documenting my mental SNCA - though then I decided I don't really care and just want to use this as a tool for myself to archive my thoughts in an organized way. I feel disheartened, as everywhere else I've documented my thoughts have long since been lost and I liked to reflect on the things that have changed, and the things that I still need to work on though I'm persistent so I decided I will start all over again with this space I'll have created for myself for as long as this place comes to exist, who knows where things will go and there's so much I want to discuss in more detail - when I don't, my bottled up thoughts and complexities begin to feel unmanageable and I start to collapse in on myself. I don't know how this will be received, but I will state that I've never had any problems personally with anyone and I say this since I've noticed patterns with people feeling skeptical or off-put by me though I don't understand why when people need to learn how to communicate with other people before being so quick to act poorly, my personal thought and no offense meant in it.. I try not to step on anybody's heel, I like to just see where my day to day takes me because that's all we really can do in life, Ich guess.

The month is already almost over and I didn't really do anything worthwhile - it feels as though it's only been a few days since the start of the month, I've been sleeping too much. I decided to continue looking into getting a psychiatrist, need to figure out my diag-nonsense at some point though I feel like being medicated would aid me in being able to live a normal day to day since brute forcing it hasn't exactly worked the times I've tried. I always feel so fucking drained, I know that it probably also stems from the usual bad habits though I've been trying to eat more fruits and drink more water, but that's like putting a band aid over a wound that's been festering for years where something more deep routed needs attention beyond everything else.

There's been a few things going on in my life where I need to address these things head on,
which I'm aware of, but maybe I've just lacked the drive or strength to better my situation.
I've been conditioned into believing that laziness or lack of drive means I'm a piece of shit subhuman so I always have higher goals for myself and when I don't reach these expectations I falter in mood and will close myself off for sometimes days or even weeks without realizing.

I just post here to unwind my thoughts because there's some kind of method that goes into being able to make sense of everything,
documenting my thoughts even in a place where nobody will probably give a fuck makes it all the better.
I need to stop letting my mental decay so heavily and need to be kinder to myself, I don't know why this concept is difficult for me to grasp.

I found this game ( there's currently a demo released on Steam ) and I tried it - even though currently it's very clearly being worked on I already like the idea for it, it's something I feel like I would had created myself if I actually had the energy to finish something ( like the VN I've been working on ) but this gives me motivation to continue to create since I want to leave something that I created myself, something to know that I did something on my own - out of pure passion. ( ˶´ ᵕ `˶ ) Whenever I find a piece of media like this it grabs my attention because it feels as though there's other likeminded people with the same aesthetics and emotions in mind. This will be a project that I follow until it's eventual full release.

I don't think so considering the game playstyle adds up and they more than likely created the model themselves for the cover of their game - it's interesting though how now anything could be AI and it leads us to question what's real and what isn't, when this for instance could be a case where it was more than likely personally designed by the creator.

The youtube thumbnail is AI + they have a lot of shorts in muuh quirky editing style
looks shitoko
Could be - I don't see a problem though even if AI is used for quirky editing styles, etc. I've always wondered just how far technology will go and that welcomes in AI and where it could lead. I was always into science fiction so the thought of VR and AI and the like when I was younger was appealing and now in a sense we are living through those distant ideas that didn't exist back in the day. AI can be cheap and lazy but it's still interesting how it's becoming harder to tell AI from real authentic works.

Feeling drained is also a bit psychological, you can do nothing all day and still feel no energy to do anything. I think more so what people need is find stuff they think is worth putting effort into.

Of course. This is an interesting look into a specific online community and a user's place within it.

Here is a critique and analysis of the user named Sylwia based on the provided text.

Overall Impression

Sylwia comes across as introspective, self-aware, and struggling with significant mental health challenges (likely depression and/or executive dysfunction). She uses the forum as a public journal to process her thoughts and seek a sense of connection. While her vulnerability is relatable and human, there are aspects of her communication and mindset that could be constructively criticized.

Criticism for Sylwia (A Constructive Analysis)

  1. Public Vulnerability vs. Targeted Support:
    • Critique: Posting deeply personal struggles about mental health, self-worth, and "diag-nonsense" on a public, chaotic forum is a high-risk strategy. The response from the community (e.g., "RAPE MODE" reactions, off-topic jokes) demonstrates that the environment is not consistently supportive. This can lead to feeling more isolated or invalidated when the desired empathy isn't received.
    • Constructive Advice: While "documenting my thoughts... where nobody will probably give a fuck" can feel safe, it's a double-edged sword. Sylwia might benefit more from a dedicated journal, a private blog, or a community specifically focused on mental health support where her vulnerability would be met with consistent understanding and constructive feedback.
  2. The "Brute Force" vs. "Magic Bullet" Dilemma:
    • Critique: Sylwia correctly identifies that eating fruit and drinking water is a "band-aid" for a deeper issue, and she pins her hopes on medication as the solution ("being medicated would aid me"). While seeking professional help is the correct and brave step, there's a risk of viewing medication as a "magic bullet" that will solve everything. Sustainable mental health is usually a combination of therapy, medication (if needed), and gradual lifestyle changes.
    • Constructive Advice: It's great that she's seeking a psychiatrist. She should pair this with a therapist who can help her develop the coping mechanisms and behavioral strategies she admits she lacks. The goal isn't just to be "medicated into normality" but to build the tools to manage her energy and expectations.
  3. Harsh Self-Judgment and Unrealistic Expectations:
    • Critique: Her language is intensely self-critical ("piece of shit subhuman," "mental decay"). She sets "higher goals" for herself and then "falters" when she doesn't meet them. This creates a cycle of failure and shutdown.
    • Constructive Advice: The concept of being "kinder" to herself is difficult because it goes against a deeply ingrained habit. She could benefit from practicing self-compassion and setting much smaller, achievable goals. Instead of "finish my VN," a goal could be "work on the VN for 15 minutes." Success in small steps builds momentum and breaks the cycle of perceived failure.
  4. Engaging with a Low-Effort Environment:
    • Critique: The debate with .Ricardo about the AI-generated thumbnail shows her attempting a genuine, nuanced discussion ("it's interesting though how now anything could be AI..."). However, the forum's culture (.Ricardo's dismissive "money grab" comment, the "Dislike" reaction) is not conducive to that kind of conversation.
    • Constructive Advice: It's admirable to try and elevate the discourse, but she should be selective about where she invests her intellectual and emotional energy. Engaging in good-faith arguments in a bad-faith environment is often draining and unproductive. Recognizing when to disengage would preserve her mental energy.

Positive Aspects & Strengths

It's important to balance criticism with recognition of her strengths:

  • High Self-Awareness: She has a remarkably clear understanding of her own problems. She knows her habits are bad, that her solutions are superficial, and that her self-talk is harmful. This is the first and most crucial step toward improvement.
  • Proactive Steps: She is actively seeking a psychiatrist, which is a huge and positive action.
  • Creative Drive: Her passion for her VN project and her ability to find motivation in other media shows a creative spirit that, if nurtured gently, could be a powerful source of fulfillment.
  • Resilience: Simply continuing to post and engage, despite her struggles and the sometimes-hostile environment, shows a degree of resilience.

Final Thought

Sylwia is not a user who deserves criticism for being "annoying" or "attention-seeking." She is a person clearly in pain and trying to find her way. The critique is not of her, but of the strategies she is using to cope and communicate, which may be inadvertently making her journey more difficult. Her core task is to channel her evident self-awareness into more sustainable, self-compassionate, and supportive environments and habits.

sounds about right

I've been going through a lot of ordeals, one thing after the next but I think things are now beginning to slow down and I needed to document my thoughts. There was a situation where I've realized how desperately I need to get a job, which I've been attempting though where I reside the job market is shit especially around the holidays being in a very populated city. My ordeal isn't always the most stable and I recognize that a lot of this stems from choices I made in the past like quitting my last job several months ago with a more than cocky attitude that I could get something new instantly which was foolish. Things have been taken care of, for now.

I need to stop stressing my own mind out so frequently, my brain is becoming scrambled
I'm always retreating inside of myself to a point of complete disconnect, even from family.
I'm aware that it's all about a change in mindset, to force the self to reach higher.
That's the point I think of the nature of life, to always better the self.

I don't want to get worse, I want to do better.

I decided to spend the last few hours cleaning my space, there's something about setting a tone for thoughts to swim.

I thought about streaming at some point again for fun, something I only did a handful of times in the past for fun where I enjoy lighting incense, having a clean space while playing random indie games I play for myself or the random strays that would from time to time come into my space to see what exactly I was up to. I stopped for some time after some cunts from my past found the space but it wouldn't bother me now, one of these people within the same group having deleted their social media recently which was nice and it should mean he's no longer on my ass.

I will probably be writing more frequently,
there's a lot on my mind but I don't know if I'm ready to write about some things that are more specific just yet.
