most dummyed noob ever>there weren't razors back then
That's the part you're talking about and not "romans had servants pluck each hair individually"most dummyed noob ever
thet was mostly done in the underarms areaThat's the part you're talking about and not "romans had servants pluck each hair individually"
They had bronze and iron back then, they had razors no doubt>there weren't razors back then rich people and romans had servants pluck each hair individually so most normal people were forced to let their hair and beard grow out
I'm reading some things claiming iron razors were just becomeing the thing around the time Jesus is thought to have livedThey had bronze and iron back then, they had razors no doubt
sharpening a razor is technologically uncomplicated and they sure as hell knew of whetstones by that point
he fufills the nazirite vow or something im not a theologianhttps://biblehub.com/1_corinthians/11-14.htmwhy do Christians often depict Jesus with long hair even doe according to this verse its disgraceful and against nature
I'm not at all qualified to talk on this, but from what I've "researched", the disgraceful part was that men at the time would typically only have long hair to disguise themselves as women or something.https://biblehub.com/1_corinthians/11-14.htmwhy do Christians often depict Jesus with long hair even doe according to this verse its disgraceful and against nature
xhe wasnt a nazarite, the nazarite vow required to avoid touching the dead and all grape products, such as wine..
And then there's the nazarite vow that Shroot's sock-puppet mentioned.
Thank you very much for this pointer in hindsight. I've been going to Monday and Tuesday services the past month now, your advice was and still is objective.2. go to church. no exceptions. you are cheating yourself and missing out on many beautiful things without going to the church. a community, the services, and the sacraments are very beautiful and you cannot live as a Christian without them.
